Webtailors sees confidentiality and protection of your personal data as an essential component in the development of its activity.
This Privacy Policy describes how Webtailors processes your personal data, in accordance with the national and European data protection laws (as well as and without being limited to Law 677/2001, Law 506/2004, The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

8. What are your rights?

Acording to the national and European legislation, Webtailors guarantees the following rights to the individuals:
Right to access - the right to obtain a confirmation from Webtailors regarding the data collecting and, if so, access the data and the manner in which data is processed and the purpose of the processing: purpose, data categories, recipients, storage / storage period, rights, automated decision making and profile creation.
Right to data portability - the right to receive personal data in a structured format, commonly used and automatically readable, and the right to transmit these data directly to another operator.
Right to oppose - the right to oppose data collecting&processing, profile creation or automated decision making (even if the decision is not based solely on automatic processing that produces legal effects or significantly affects the data subject), except for in cases where data processing serves a public interest.
Right to data modification&correction - the right to correct and modify inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Correction shall be communicated to each authorized person to whom the data was transmitted.
The right to delete the data (the right to be forgotten) - the right to request data deletion without undue delay; Webtailors has the obligation to delete them if one of the following reasons applies:
- The data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- The person concerned withdraws consent to the processing of personal data and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- The person concerned opposes the processing of his or her personal data and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail;
- The data was processed illegally;
- Data must be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation;
The right to restrict processing - the right to obtain restriction of processing in situations where:
 The target person is contesting the accuracy of the data;
 Processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, but instead calls for restriction;
 If Webtailors no longer needs data for processing, but the data subject requests them to find, exercise or defend a right in court;
 If the data subject opposed the processing for the period of time to check whether the legitimate rights of Webtailors override those of that person.

9. How to access and control your personal data?

The person concerned may request from Webtailors the following information:
• Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact details;
• The purpose of the data collecting, as well as the legal basis for processing;
• If the processing is based on the legitimate interests of Webtailors or a third party, such as one of its clients;
• The categories of personal data collected, stored and processed;
• Recipients or categories of recipients to whom data is / will be disclosed;
• The period of personal data storage;
• Details regarding the rights of data subjects, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer to such processing;
• Information about the right of the person concerned to withdraw consent at any time;
• Information on filing a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP);
In order to access the above it is necessary to identify the subject person, so that Webtailors can verify the truthfulness of the information and not divulge the personal data to a person other than the one targeted.
Webtailors will accept the following forms of identification when requesting personal information:
• a copy of the identity card or driving license or passport;
• a copy of a utility bill, no longer than 3 months old.

If you want to submit a complaint about how your personal data is processed by Webtailors, you have the right to contact Webtailors and file this complaint.
